Bunk Ledger is a set of buying notes for long-haul truck drivers in the United States. The topics are sleeper-cab gear, small electronics, gifts, and the ordinary routines of a week on the road.

Bunk Ledger is published by Byrvia. That is the publisher. It is not a claim that anyone here drives a truck for a living, and it is not a claim that the products have been installed or slept on. If a sentence does not say we measured it, we did not measure it.

How a note gets written

The full method is on How we pick. Short version: we write down figures that a maker sheet, a manual, or a public listing actually prints. Where two listings disagree, the note says so. Where we are not confident, the line says to check the current listing.

We do not invent reviews, star ratings, prices, or quotes. "Top picks" on the homepage are the guides we would hand someone first. They are not scores and not a claim that anyone here slept on the mattress. "Best" in a headline means best fit for the job the page describes.

What this site will not do

It will not give medical, legal, tax, or money advice. It will not tell you how to modify a radio, how to get around a company equipment rule, or how to idle where idling is restricted. Manuals, carrier policy, and the sticker on the product outrank this site.

Product names belong to their owners. Mentioning Dometic, Engel, ICECO, AIMS, Bestek, Garmin, Thinkware, Cobra, Uniden, RoadPro, or anyone else is not a partnership with them.
